Lissa is a consultant and coach specialising in individual, team and organisation development. With a background in psychology, she has spent the last thirteen years working with organisations across the world on communications and behavioural change programmes focused on improving organisational performance and enhancing customer service.
Lissa’s work also encompasses senior leadership coaching, building effective teams, design and delivery of facilitation skills training and brand engagement. Her client experience spans the public and private sectors, both in the UK and overseas. Recent clients include: Emirates, HSBC, CRUK, Abacus, NATS, EDF Energy, Barclaycard, Gulf Air and BAA.
With experience of living and working in Japan, regular client work in the Middle East, a background in linguistics and of postgraduate research into the impact of living and working overseas, Lissa has a sensitivity towards the challenges of working across cultures. She has a basic ability in French, German, Russian, Italian and Japanese.
