Following an MBA from Manchester Business School, specialising in organisational behaviour and change management, Andrew developed in-house experience as Head of Internal Communications with National Air Traffic Services, as well as consulting experience in different sectors with Smythe Dorward Lambert and then Interbrand, before establishing InsideOut Consulting in 2006.
Andrew is a Certified Professional Co-Active Coach, training with the Coaches Training Institute (CTI) – widely recognised as the most rigorous Coach training programme in the industry. Past and present clients include United Nations, British Government, Centrica plc, Goldman Sachs, HSBC, British Airways, Save The Children, NATS, Zurich Financial Services.
