Take an InsideOut Adventure!

Last week we completed our first InsideOut Adventure. We hope many more will follow! Ten wonderful young leaders from different countries, organisations and backgrounds have joined us over the past 12-weeks in a series of group online workshops, personal coaching sessions, and a 4-day Outdoor Adventure in the mountains of Tarragona, Spain. We’ve explored, discovered and made things happen in our day-to-day lives as we’ve increased our awareness and clarity of what’s important to us, developed our courage and confidence to take action, and deepened our resilience and ability to recover when things go off track, not forgetting appreciation and celebration. It’s been an inspirational journey and one which we want to develop and share with different people and organisations. It’s an opportunity to support young, talented, next generation leaders to realise their potential and bring their leadership skills out into their organisations.  

We’ve created a new website to share more information about this new programme.  Our short video captures just a few of the moments along the way.
