The start of a new InsideOut Adventure…
Today we’re filled with excitement, some trepidation, and lots of enthusiasm about taking a big step…
We’ve spent our lives taking adventures of one sort or another, and we’re thirsty for more! So we’re delighted to be partnering with Amaia Sotes, a dynamic leader and coach, founder of Unfold Potential, and together we are launching The InsideOut Adventure – a new programme for young leaders around the world, aged 18-32 years old – to support them in exploring who they are, what they want from their lives, and how they bring what goes on the inside, out into the world around them.
The InsideOut Adventure has three big steps and combines group work, individual coaching, a four-day adventure in nature in Spain or UK, and provides a series of tools to help adventurers gain the maximum from their learning and experience.
