Supporting coaches and leaders to master the dynamics of difference
We’re delighted to have been selected to partner with our friends at The Diversity Practice and work together to develop a training and support programme for professional coaches as well as leaders in organisations.
Mastering the dynamics of difference – culture, gender, race, religion, sexual orientation, age, style, thinking, background, and lots more – and integrating that diversity into a coaching relationship and into our role as leaders offers exciting challenges and opportunities. As leaders and coaches supporting those leaders who increasingly operate across global geographical borders, we need the skills to be full impact Borderless Coaches. Unlocking our full potential as coaches to challenge ourselves and our clients using the dynamics of difference will help us – to borrow a phrase from Heineken – ‘refresh the parts other coaches don’t reach’.
The coaches at The Diversity Practice have a well established track record in working with diversity and inclusion and our own experience at InsideOut, supporting a range of diverse people with different challenges in different places, ensures a great combination of experience, capability and enthusiasm.
