Exciting growth for GNDR
We’ve been supporting GNDR (the Global Network of Civil Society Organisations for Disaster Reduction) since it’s beginnings in 2007. The steadily growing influence around the world – particularly due to the ground-breaking Views from the Frontline programme which is influencing disaster reduction work – has now resulted in an expanded operational team with the task of strengthening network capability in Latin America, Africa and Asia. This week is the first gathering of the new team and we’re helping with strategy and team development as we explore together the challenges of leadership, engagement and communication in a truly global context. Andrew Bidnell is a professional certified coach and an experienced consultant who founded InsideOut Consulting in 2006.
