Andrew accredited with International Coaching Federation
Adding to his accreditation as a certified professional co-active coach (CPCC) with The Coaches Training Institute, Andrew has now achieved the level of professional certified coach (PCC) with the International Coaching Federation (ICF).
A PCC accreditation recognises coaches with over 125 hours of coach specific training and 750 hours of client coaching experience, who have gone through accredited training programmes, exhibit core competencies and have completed a performance evaluation – ensuring they are a proven coach.
The ICF is recognised as the global leader in professional coaching certification, preserving the integrity of coaching through internationally accepted professional standards.
Andrew Bidnell is a professional certified coach and an experienced consultant who founded InsideOut Consulting in 2006. The focus is on leadership and communication and, in particular, the challenge of engagement – of self and of others – to achieve maximum impact and fulfillment.
