Amaia Sotés Linares-Rivas

Amaia is a certified Coach, has an MBA in Leadership and more than 10 years experience leading and coaching executives, entrepreneurs, and teams in the private sector and international organisations such as European Commission and Organisation for Security and Cooperation in Europe.

Her experience in developing business initiatives and projects with entrepreneurs around the world has emphasised the impact each of us can have in shaping our future. A desire to support others to unfold and live their full potential led Amaia to found her own company – Unfold Potential – and we are delighted to be partnering with Amaia in the creation and development of an exciting new leadership offering for young leaders, called InsideOut Adventure.

As well as her coaching and leadership expertise, Amaia brings new linguistic capability to the team as she is fluent in English, Spanish, German, French, and Basque, and has lived and worked in Spain, UK, Belgium, and Austria.
